- إدارة النادي لا تتحمل مسؤولية أي إصابات تحدث للعضو أثناء مزاولته للأنشطة داخل النادي أو عن المفقودات الشخصية.
- يجب التعامل مع كافة الأجهزة بعناية، والعضو مسؤول عن تلف أي جهاز نتيجة سوء الاستعمال.
- لا يسمح بنقل أو استعمال العضوية لغير صاحبها المستفيد إلا بموافقة الإدارة.
- للإدارة الحق في إلغاء اشتراك العضوية من أي عضو إذا كان سلوكه غير حسن وغير ملتزم بتعليمات وقوانين النادي.
- يجب احترام ومراعاة العادات والتقاليد السائدة في الدولة.
- تحتفظ الإدارة بحقها في إغلاق النادي أو جزء منه لغرض الصيانة الدورية والنظافة والحالات الطارئة.
- لا يسمح بالتدخين داخل النادي كما لا يسمح بالأطعمة والمشروبات من خارج النادي.
- الالتزام بالزي الرياضي الكامل وحذاء رياضي مناسب.
- عدم ترك الملابس والأحذية في الخزانة بعد الانتهاء من التدريب.
- سيتم تحديد موعد بداية الاشتراك تلقائياً بعد دفع المبلغ بيوم واحد ما لم يتم الاتفاق على غير ذلك.
- لا يحق للعميل المطالبة بالأيام التي لم يحضرها أو يستفد منها.
- لا يتحمل النادي مسؤولية الطلاب المتواجدين بالنادي قبل بدء البرنامج بنصف ساعة وبعد البرنامج بنصف ساعة.
- تخصم نسبة 20 بالمائة من قيمة الفاتورة في حالة انسحاب العضو بالإضافة إلى عدد أيام الاشتراك ما لم يكن تاريخ عضويته قد انتهى، أما إذا كان تاريخ العضوية قد انتهى فلا يرد أي مبلغ.
